From the Dispense Form: 

1. Dispense the script as per your usual store process.

2. Click ADJ to the right of the Price field.

The Private Pricing window is displayed.

3. Check the Use Fixed Price check box.

4. Enter the price.

5. Click Update Drug with Changes, to permanently save the price.

a. Or click OK to use for this script only.

The Update Drug window is displayed.

6. Click Yes to permanently save this price for dispensed quantity for all patients.

a. Alternatively, click No if you do not want this price saved.

7. Click OK to close.

8. The Dispense Form will now display a blue Fixed Price Indicator beside the price field.
