Where you do not have a docket printer connected to the workstation, the token can be printed to the default printer. The Token Scanner function on the Till module is still used to print the token.

1. Open the Till module.

2. Click Token Scanner icon.

The Token Scanner window is displayed.

3. Scan the patient’s token from their mobile device or enter the number manually, then click Print.

4. Minfos will print the token to the default printer.

Note Refer to your hardware tech to configure a default printer. This should be an A4 printer.
