This article will cover the process required to exchange one item for another in the Minfos Till.

Step by step instructions

1. Enter your Clerk Code, then click Enter.

2. Click Exchange.

The next single product that you scan will be returned.3. Scan the barcode of the product being returned. Exchange is no longer active.

Note    To return multiple products, click Exchange prior to scanning each product.

4. Scan the product or products being purchased. A difference in price is shown in the sales basket totals.

• Note that the sales total difference could be a negative with an amount owing to the customer.
• If the customer was charged the incorrect price, a single line discount can be applied to the product.

5. Complete the sale as normal.
