You can use a Base Report as a starting point for your own reports that you can save as a Custom Report. When entering Design mode you must first save a copy of a base report.
1. From the Expanded report view, click the Copy button. From an Opened report, click the Edit menu and select Copy.
The Copy Report window is displayed.
2. Rename the report. Enter the name of a new Category and Subcategory and press [Enter] or select from existing locations that you have created. Click the OK button.
3. A copy of the report is saved to the specified location.
