To set up your access to Minfos Online Reporting:

1. Arrange for an account to be set up by your Reporting Platform Administrator.

2. You will receive an email with a link to generate your password. Click the link.

If you haven’t received an email, please contact your Reporting Platform Administrator.

3. Enter your Pharmacy Group, User ID, First Name, Last Name and Email as provided by your Reporting Platform Administrator.

Note: Fields are case sensitive.

4. Click the Next button.

5. Provide a password and the answer to a secret question of your choosing. Click the Submit button to complete the request to create user account

6. You’re in! The Minfos Online Reporting window is displayed.

The default view is the Reports tab selected and the reports list displayed.
